"I live in Daegu." I say. But I am really thinking is: It's none of your damn business.

"What is this Jack-hole doing, Lisa?" I ask.

You don't see a lot of hugs in Korea. It is one of my favourite things about living here. No hugging.

Murder might solve a feud. A blood feud. It really has no other solution. Well, murder or forgiveness. But murder certainly is one solution.

This is how Koreans always respond when you didn't catch part of their sentence. The always just repeat the part you understood.

"There are mountains there, and you can ride up 'em," he says.

"Well,  I'm sure it's funny. Put it on that blog of yours. "

In Korea, everyone lives in a city, but everyone's parents live on a farm in their rural hometown.
